Spanning three floors, the property features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, nine bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two extra toilets, comfortably accommodating up to 24 guests. Located near the beach and within walking distance of public transport, you’re just 15 minutes from Bilbao (16 km away). On-site parking is available for up to 10 cars. Enjoy a large garden with a barbecue, a private pool, and a games room with billiards, foosball, and an arcade machine. High-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming services, fan, washing machine, dryer, and game console are provided.
